The Ford Mustang is our overall winner for its performance in key areas such as safety, handling and interior quality. It nails a good mix of performance, comfort and space, which makes it a great everyday sports car.
The Dodge Challenger managed to win in several categories as well, but its large size and dated interior held it back from true greatness here.
Of course, none of this is to say that the Chevrolet Camaro is a bad car. It’s a good sports car, but it just couldn’t keep pace with its two closest rivals in key categories.
