While we are coming up on 400 years of Thanksgiving in America, since that first one back in 1621, Thanksgiving at the château is something more along the lines of a Beaujolais Nouveau tasting party with a few courses of culinary samplings than it is your traditional American feast for that day. There is a holiday for simply being thankful is something that should be shared around the world. look around the table and be thankful for the foods which represent the spirit of the season, and the joy that cooking has brought to you, and for the many friends and family that you have to share them with.
