Recipe adapted from The Melting Pot, Dip Into Something Different, which is a great book for fondue recipes.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 t. fresh chopped parsley
- 1 t. French sea salt
- 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 t. onion powder
- 1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.
