New Year’s Resolutions

Take time for being thankful and grateful in the New Year.  If the year ended on a painful, or stressful note, I want you to know that everything is temporary. As the famous adage goes – “This too shall pass.”

Everything in life is temporary – the pain, the celebration, the worry, the joy. And the end of the year is a time to reflect. So, here is my challenge to you:

Spend tonight reflecting on:
– what you’ve learned this year
– what growth you’ve experienced
– how you want to use the lessons of the past in the next year
– what you’re looking to reach/achieve/attempt in 2023
– who are you close to that you want to make closer?
– who have you been disconnected from, that you want to bring closer or who needs to stay disconnected?
– what will help you make 2023 your ultimate year?

And, most importantly, what are you grateful for?

What you do and how you think can alter the course of your life.

Whatever you are doing or not doing today has the power to affect the rest of your life. You don’t have the whole of your life to make the most of your life. (Gen. 11:31-32, 12:1-4)

Faith can change your results in life, it can change the outcome of your life. (Hebrews 11)
