Mix 1 lb ground chuck, with 1/3 sparkling water, an egg, and some panko. Form into patties and grill until medium rare. Serve on brioche buns, on the bottom of the bun rub some gochujang, and on the top dress with Guy Fieri’s Donkey Sauce.

- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- ⅛ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Brown Mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ⅛ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
