Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • \(\frac\) cup frozen peas and carrots
  • \(\frac\) cup cream of chicken soup
  • \(\frac\) cup milk
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 
Instructions
  • Prep the oven: Heat your oven to 375°F and spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Make the filling: Mix the shredded chicken, peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Shape the crust: Press each piece of biscuit dough flat into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin tin cups.
