From Kathy—Here is our old, old, old recipe. Makes two loaves

1 Box butter flavored yellow cake mix
Small pistachio pudding INSTANT
1/4 C butter flavored oil (which they actually made in the old days…)
1/2 pint sour cream
4 eggs

I add a “topping” Mix it separately, and then either layer it as you pour the batter into the loaf pans, or just sprinkle on top—mine was just on top.

6 TBL sugar
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 C chopped nuts

350 degrees for 40 minutes is the original recipe: I wind up doing it at least an hour at 10,000 feet.
