• 1/4 c. mayonnaise (preferrably Duke’s brand) or homemade Aioli
  • 2. T. chopped chives or green onions
  • 2 T. Cornichons minced, bread and butter pickles minced, or sweet pickle relish, drained
  • 1 T. chopped capers
  • 1 T. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 t. finely chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 t. fresh lemon juice
  • [optional some or all of the following- 1 t. Dijon mustard, 1 t. Worcestershire sauce, 1 t. Tabasco, and/or 1 oz. whiskey]

Whisk until combined.
