For 1

Halve 4 strawberries and 4 cherry tomatoes, seasoned them with salt and pepper.   Assemble them on a plate next to a couple of slices of fresh mozzarella, lightly drizzled with olive oil. Top with 4 shredded leaves of basil and a few crushed pink peppercorns.  Drizzle with a tiny splash of raspberry or balsamic vinegar.  Viola!
