Lamb Loin Chops with Jalapeno Jelly Sauce


  • 8 loin T-bone lamb chops or Frenched lamb chops, about 1 ½ lbs.
  • 1-2 t. Creole seasoning
  • 1-2 t. French sea salt
  • ¼ t. freshly ground black pepper, plus pinch for seasoning


Simply season the lamb chops with Creole Seasoning together with salt and pepper, and then grill on an outdoor BBQ for about 4-5 minutes each side on high.  Let rest a couple of minutes before serving.   Serve with jalapeno jelly.  Super easy.
