Adapted from The Melting Pot, Dip Into Something Different, which is a great book for fondue recipes.

  • 1.2 c. hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 2 T. fresh orange juice
  • 1 T. chopped scallions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended.
