It’s hard not to fall in love with the daily routines of life in France—from taking daily strolls through the fresh markets to window shopping on the way home.  And, there are sporting pursuits such as hunting, fishing, and shooting a plenty, if you know where to look and ask.  But, above all, France is a place for gourmands, foodies and cooks.  From the streets of Paris, to the farmer’s markets in every village, France is teeming with fresh foods and there is a tradition for paying serious attention to food.  The meals are flavorful, some complex to execute, yet many are easy.
